The food you eat can be a powerful ally in your fight against cancer. The foods you choose are part of Creating an Environment Where Cancer Cannot Thrive. This includes implementing an anti-inflammatory, nutrient-dense diet that supports immune function and cellular health.

Here are some steps you can take to implement the OutSmart Cancer® Diet
a) Emphasize plant-based foods: Aim for 8-10 servings of colorful fruits and vegetables daily. These provide crucial phytonutrients, antioxidants, and fiber that support your body’s detoxification processes and help combat oxidative stress.
b) Choose clean proteins: Opt for organic, grass-fed meats, wild-caught fish, and plant-based proteins like legumes and nuts. These provide essential amino acids for tissue repair without the harmful hormones and antibiotics often found in conventional animal products.
c) Incorporate anti-inflammatory fats: Include sources of omega-3 fatty acids like wild-caught salmon, sardines, and flaxseeds. Use extra virgin olive oil, avocados, and nuts for healthy monounsaturated fats.
d) Limit sugar and refined carbohydrates: Cancer cells thrive on glucose. Reducing your intake of sugary foods and refined grains can help starve cancer cells while stabilizing your blood sugar and insulin levels.
e) Hydrate wisely: Drink filtered water and green tea throughout the day. Green tea contains potent antioxidants that have been shown to have anti-cancer properties.
