Spice up tonight’s tofu with this Asian inspired dinner!
Tofu contains no cholesterol and is an excellent source of protein, iron, and calcium. Genistein, the predominant isoflavone in soy, contains antioxidant properties that inhibit the growth of cancer cells.
Tofu also helps to prevent liver damage, and those who consume soy have less incidence of age-related mental disorders!
Sesame seeds give a crunchy texture and nutty taste to this dish! Sesame also contains high levels of magnesium which supports vascular and respiratory health.
This tofu recipe would not be complete without ginger! Ginger is a great immune booster which is helpful during the upcoming cold and flu season.
