3 cups walnuts
1 cup of soaked and pitted dates (soak until soft in filtered water)
5 strawberries
6 tablespoons cacao powder

Preparation
- 1. Blend walnuts in food processor.
2. Add in dates and strawberries.
3. Add cacao and continue to blend until all mixed well.
4. Remove mixture to a bowl and place in the freezer for about 30 minutes to firm up.
