Ingredients
- 3 cups organic fresh or frozen (thawed) blueberries
- 1/2 filtered water
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
Variation: Use fresh basil leaves instead of thyme leaves - Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender
- Blend until smooth
- Place in a glass container in the freezer for about one hour, until hard
- Remove and let stand for 10 minutes before serving
- Garnish with fresh thyme sprigs or mint leaves
