Yield: 1 cup
Ingredients
8 tomatillos, peeled, stewed
2 scallions, halved
1/4 jalapeño, halved, seeded
1/2 garlic clove, peeled
1 teaspoon lime juice
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
1. Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor in the order listed and secure lid.
2. Blend for 15 seconds or just until chopped.
Tip: For best texture and flavor, do not over mix.
